Is it necessary that my team be given an account to access the Values Blueprint content?
We recommend that the people who will be involved in your initial Values Blueprint session have some preliminary understanding of the process which would require reading some of the initial blueprint materials. Often these same people will take part in the values committee and blueprint rollout going forwards. Giving your team access to the online content and assigning them the task of reading it over will give them a better understanding of the process and goals. A typical blueprint license allows for one editor and five viewers. If your company size is large you may wish to add additional users by purchasing an additional blueprint license.
